was founded in the Fall of 2024 by Manhattan resident, JoAnna Levenglick who had worked as a buyer at Bloomingdale's NY, a fashion designer with her own collection in the 1980's, as creator and TV producer of THE KIDS NEWS NETWORK for 19 years, created PET CAB NYC, and most recently, the creation of DOGGIE LOO, a portable toilet for dogs.  While doing research for DOGGIE LOO, Levenglick took pictures of all the poo stains on the NYC sidewalks.  It was mind boggling to see stains on each and every block in Manhattan.  On a recent walk down Madison Avenue, she saw poo and pee stains all over the sidewalks.  She even took pictures of a pile of feces in front of a famous designer shop just a foot from the entrance door. Urine and poo makes stains and the hosing down with water doesn't do the job.  With time, the streets get crud from people's shoes and stains from the dogs.  It is odd that a store or restaurant will spend a fortune on designing their business interior but allow the sidewalk to be filthy and smelly.
